After 17 years, we look at each other like a customer.
We have 17 years of experience working in advertising , digital marketing, social media , content, media , web development , and technology. It's time to ask ourselves the same question we would ask any brand that comes to... Alterno Did our own website demonstrate everything we know how to do today?
The response took us much further than a redesign. On October 1st, we launched a new phase of Alterno With a new website, a new campaign, new tools , an updated work philosophy , and a digital infrastructure that reflects what the agency that started in 2009 has become, we're approaching two decades in an industry where everything has changed several times. We have too.

2009, the beginning. 2014, new identity. 2017, new website. 2020, a 100% digital world. 2026, a new agency.

We won't tell you about it. We'll show you.
When an agency talks about strategy, web development, artificial intelligence , data, automation , and UX/UI, its website should reflect that. That's why we didn't want a pretty digital brochure. We wanted a platform: a place where someone could learn about our work , but also use tools, search for information, evaluate our strategy, interact with AI, prepare a brief , and request a proposal .
We built it to demonstrate what a digital marketing and advertising agency website can be today. And the best way to explain what we can do for others was to do it for ourselves first.

Artificial intelligence where it makes sense.
We didn't want to add a chatbot just to say we have AI. We wanted it to solve specific tasks. Tina , our virtual assistant, knows Alterno Using approved sources and content, it maintains the context of the conversation and responds in your language. It doesn't answer just anything from the internet: its job is to help you understand who we are and how we can help you.
The Master Brief solves another very common problem. Often, a person knows what they want to achieve, but doesn't know what services they need. Instead of a static form, they explain their project step by step, either by text or voice, and our team comes into the first conversation with much more context.
In the Digital Glossary, you can search by meaning , not just by the exact word. If you can't remember the name of a concept, you can describe it. That's the kind of AI we're interested in: the kind that makes the experience more useful.

Free tools, made with what we do every day.
We wanted the website to offer value before anyone becomes a customer. The Alterno Digital Marketing Audit is a free self-assessment of a company's digital strategy. It analyzes 10 areas, from branding and website SEO to advertising, data, CRM, measurement, and artificial intelligence. The interview adapts to your answers and the channels you actually use, takes between 10 and 15 minutes, and concludes with a score from 0 to 100, highlighting your strengths and priority opportunities.

An experience that feels different.
We designed the site with an editorial eye: prominent typography, black, white and gray, and red Alterno It only stands out where it needs to. You can view it in light or dark mode, and your choice sticks even if you change the language. The entire site is available in both Spanish and English.
We also reorganized how we tell our story. Under " About Us" you'll now find sections like "Our Philosophy ," " Clients ," " Projects ," and "Jobs ," because an agency isn't defined solely by its services: it's also defined by its beliefs and the people it works with.

Clear mode.

Dark mode.

Behind the scenes.
Much of what's most interesting isn't immediately apparent. The website loads quickly, videos are only downloaded when needed, forms are protected against bots, and every page is optimized for search engines and AI-powered responses. We measure what happens after the click to learn and improve.
And all of this stems from the same idea. If a client needs a website , a campaign , or a measurement system, we can connect those pieces together. If they don't need a certain technology, we should also have the judgment to say so. Technological capability matters. The judgment to decide when to use it matters even more.
Many pieces. One strategy.

A new campaign for a new stage.
The website launches with a campaign that sums up how we feel: New year. New agency. + And alongside it, almost as a reminder, for us too . We're not starting from scratch. Behind us are almost two decades of clients, campaigns, websites, mistakes, lessons learned, hurricanes, a pandemic, new algorithms, and countless hours in front of a screen watching the digital world change. Experience isn't about staying the same. It's about knowing how to evolve.

And this doesn't end with the website.
There's a part we're not going to fully reveal yet. This website is the foundation for another stage of... Alterno which will be revealed gradually: we are developing new platforms, digital products, and SaaS services that we will present in the coming months. For now, we won't reveal any names. Let's just say that we have much more to launch.
On October 1, 2026, we didn't just launch a new version of alternoagency.com. We introduced a new way of explaining Alterno More integrated, more technological, more measurable, and more useful, but based on the same things that brought us here since 2009: strategy, creativity , curiosity, service, and people . We're approaching two decades, and we're still excited to build what's next.
